Well, I'm still feeling a little sick, but well enough to make a trip down to ACE to grab some fiberglass mat. I've started to fiberglass the inside of the helmet. I also took a metal ruler and taped it to the brim of the helmet to straighten it out. Here are some pics.
Update: I have alot of the helmet fiberglassed. I still have to fiberglass the jaw and some of the sides. I am almost out of resin, so I'll have to finish it up tomorrow when I can pick up some more resin. I've been mixing up resin 4oz. at a time which seems to work really well. I "wet" the area with resin, laid down the mat, then added more resin on top of the mat.
